By MANILA, Philippines – The low-pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) is forecast to approach or traverse the landmass of Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported on Tuesday.
Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said that they see “two possible scenarios” for the movement of the LPA, which was last spotted some 895 kilometers east of southeastern Luzon.
