*MANILA*, Philippines — Several areas in Mindanao will see overcast skies and rains on Thursday due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In a morning forecast, state weather specialist Chenel Dominguez said Caraga, Davao Region, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental and Bukidnon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ.
