Shear Line, Amihan to bring cloudy skies, rains over PH – Pagasa
The shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Caraga, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, and Davao Oriental. Localized thunderstorms will be causing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Negros Island Region and the rest of Mindanao.
