By MANILA – Senate President Pro Tempore and Blue Ribbon Committee chairperson Panfilo Lacson on Friday said the panel may summon former Ako Bicol Rep. Elizaldy Co alongside key witnesses in the next hearing on the flood control investigation.
Lacson said Co could be invited together with whistleblower Orly Guteza and former soldiers who claimed to have delivered PHP805 billion in alleged kickbacks from flood projects, describing their accounts as “interconnected” and best examined in a single proceeding.
