By MANILA, Philippines — Kamanggagawa party-list Rep. Elijah San Fernando has called out President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. over his allegedly empty promises, as no “big fish” in the flood control scam has been arrested yet, contrary to his previous statements.
San Fernando, in a statement, recalled that Marcos previously said that there would be “no Merry Christmas” for individuals involved in the infrastructure corruption scheme, as they would be behind bars before the holidays.
