By MANILA, Philippines — Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Legarda Leviste said he has a copy of former Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral’s list of alleged proponents of infrastructure projects.
Leviste, in a statement on Sunday, said Cabral, who died on Friday morning, gave him on September 4 a copy of the list of proponents of DPWH insertions, on the instruction of then newly-installed Secretary Vince Dizon.
