A shear line and prevailing wind systems will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains over several parts of the country in the next 24 hours, with possible flash floods or landslides in affected areas, PAGASA said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. weather advisory, PAGASA said the shear line is affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon, while the northeast monsoon is influencing the rest of Northern Luzon.
