By The Shear Line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over the eastern section of Mindanao while the Northeast Monsoon (amihan) will be affecting Luzon and Visayas on Thursday, PAGASA reported.
As of 2 a.m., the weather bureau reported that there are no Low Pressure Areas (LPA) being monitored for Tropical Cyclone Formation.
