By MANILA, Philippines — A large part of the country is forecast to experience fair weather conditions on Tuesday, despite the presence of the northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” and the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
During the 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa weather specialist Veronica Torres said, “It can be seen in the satellite image that there is little to almost no cloud cover over our landmass. We can also observe fair weather conditions across a large part of the country.”
