By MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies and rain showers will prevail in most parts of the country Tuesday due to the easterlies and northeast monsoon or “amihan”, according to the state weather bureau.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in its 5 p.m. bulletin, said the northeast monsoon will continue to affect Northern Luzon while the easterlies prevail over the rest of the country.
