MANILA, Philippines — Protests against corruption on September 21 will expand outside of Metro Manila, former Kabataan Party-list Rep. Raymond “Mong” Palatino announced on Monday at a press conference organized by the new anti-corruption group Artikulo Onse.

The convenors, Lihok Bol-Anon, said that the uncovering of the flood-control projects is a reminder that “corruption remains a deeply rooted challenge,” and that people shall call for accountability from their leaders
