By MANILA, Philippines — Palawan and parts of Mindanao will have overcast skies and rain showers on Sunday, April 13, due to easterlies, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In a morning forecast, the state weather bureau said easterlies would likewise bring hot and humid weather with chances of rains to most parts of the country.
