By MANILA, Philippines — Parts of the country are expected to experience rain on Monday, June 16, due to the easterlies and the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), according to the state weather bureau.
In its 5 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the easterlies, the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, will prevail over Luzon and Visayas.
