By The Office of the Prosecutor has disclosed to the International Criminal Court Pre-Trial Chamber 1 and defense team of former President Rodrigo Duterte the evidence for the crimes against humanity charges filed against the former state leader.
In the Prosecution’s First Communication of the Disclosure of Evidence dated March 24, Prosecutor Karim A.A. Khan said that, on March 21, “the prosecution disclosed to the defense 181 items organised under Pre-Confirmation INCRIM package 001, listed in Confidential Annex A.”
He added the items compromised the material cited in the warrant of arrest against Duterte except items notified to the chamber and the defense in the prosecution’s related applications.
