By The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday said it is now considering David Tan Liao, Kelly Tan Lim, and an unnamed suspect as alleged masterminds in the killing of businessman Anson Que and his driver.
In an ambush interview, PNP chief Police General Rommel was asked if authorities have already identified the mastermind behind the crime.
(We have found the masterminds David Tan Liao and his accomplice, Kelly, whom we are looking for with a P5 million bounty. We are still looking for someone but we have yet to divulge the identity.)
