By LUCENA CITY — Anti-narcotics operatives arrested an alleged high-value drug suspect and seized “shabu” (crystal meth) worth up to P4.59 million in a buy-bust operation in this city on Friday night, May 1.
Lt. Col. Ryan Hernandez, Lucena City police chief, said operatives from the city drug enforcement unit, with personnel from the Quezon Maritime Police Station, arrested the suspect identified only as “Charles,” 31, in Barangay Ibabang Iyam at around 7:40 p.m.
