By PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – Authorities led by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in region 9 arrested what they described as a high-value target in a buy-bust operation on Sunday, Nov. 2, at Barangay Don Andres, Ipil town of Zamboanga Sibugay.
Bryan Babang, regional director of PDEA 9, said a kilo of shabu (crystal meth) worth P6.8 million was recovered during the buy bust operation from the suspect known as alias Boy Blue, 46, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Mahayag town Zamboanga del Sur.
