By MANILA, Philippines — Partly cloudy to cloudy weather is expected over the whole country on Tuesday, March 31, the state weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported that Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
