MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies with scattered rain are expected across most of the country Monday due to four weather systems, the state weather bureau said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), a low-pressure area (LPA) was located around 260 kilometers west of Dipolog City, Zamboanga, at 3 a.m., embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
