By Police arrested a suspected drug personality and seized P18.36 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Daet town in Camarines Norte on Thursday.
In a belated report on Friday, Camarines Norte Police said that the 33-year-old suspect, identified as “Joy,” sold a knot-tied sachet of shabu to an undercover agent in Barangay Lag-on at 11:19 p.m.
