MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected to continue in Mindanao, Eastern Visayas and Palawan on Friday due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the state weather bureau said.
“Rainy weather is still expected in the entire Mindanao, in Palawan and parts of Visayas due to the intertropical convergence zone,” said Grace Castañeda, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), said in a public weather forecast.
