By The Department of Justice (DOJ), led by Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla, continues to investigate a potential “intersection” between the disappearances of e-sabong (online cockfighting) fans and the former administration’s “war on drugs.”
Remulla admitted that information collected and gathered so far opens a link between the two issues.
He clarifies the need for thorough and in-depth investigation, stating that recent arrests in Meycauayan, Bulacan, involving individuals connected to illegal drugs, have also shown ties to the missing “sabungero” cases.
