President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday urged members of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) to remain faithful to their constitutional duty to protect the Filipino people and defend the country’s democratic institutions.
Speaking during the PAF’s 79th Founding Anniversary celebration, Marcos reminded air force personnel to consistently observe safety protocols in both missions and training activities, stressing that their well-being is just as important as the duties they perform.
“As your Commander-in-Chief, I encourage you to continue upholding the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and integrity,” he said at the Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.
