By MANILA, Philippines — The warrant of arrest for controversial public works contractor Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya has been issued, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announced on Thursday.
“I would like to inform you that in connection with the P96.5 million ghost flood control project in Davao Occidental, the court has already issued warrants of arrest against ten principal individuals involved in this anomaly,” he said in Filipino.
