By CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — The Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) has launched a manhunt for two persons of interest (POIs) in connection with the killing of Bhea Yna Balus, a 22-year-old working student whose body was discovered in a boarding house last week.
“Our investigators are working in close coordination, tirelessly pursuing all leads, meticulously gathering evidence, and leaving absolutely no stone unturned in our relentless pursuit to swiftly apprehend and bring to justice the person responsible for this heinous act,” Simon said.
