By MANILA, Philippines — Senate Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Sen. Rodante Marcoleta on Tuesday figured in yet another heated exchange, now on the Senate floor, over matters including the West Philippine Sea and the Discaya couple who were linked in flood control anomalies.
Lacson took the floor in response to Marcoleta’s privilege speech on Monday after the latter slammed the blue ribbon committee (BRC) chairman for his inability to issue a committee report seven months after the probe began, while only getting a partial report that was not even signed by the former.
