Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) gave this forecast at 4 a.m. on Monday, April 1, 2025, Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez noted that no low-pressure area has been monitored inside and outside the Philippine area of responsibility.
