By MANILA, Philippines — The warm moist winds of the southwest monsoon (habagat) is expected to bring rain in most parts of the country, mostly in the afternoon, on Saturday, June 28, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
In the agency’s morning forecast, weather specialist Grace Castañeda noted that rainy weather is predicted for the western portion of Luzon, particularly Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas and Occidental Mindoro.
