By MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon, or habagat, is expected to continue bringing rain across Luzon on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa Weather Specialist Benison Estareja said there is a high chance of rain over Batanes, the Babuyan Islands, the Ilocos Region, Abra, Zambales, and Bataan due to the habagat.
