By Senate President Francis Escudero has endorsed the 2025 Senate bid if former Senator Bam Aquino.
Escudero made the endorsement after meeting Aquino in the Senate leader’s office.
“Maraming salamat sa suporta at tiwala, Senate President Chiz Escudero. I’m thankful to have had the privilege of working with and learning from one of the best Senators of our country,” Aquino said in a Facebook post.

Aquino also cited that Escudero played a crucial role in shepherding the passage of the Free College law when Escudero took over Aquino’s chairmanship of the Senate Committee on Education.
“Given the chance to return, we will again work together to push forward measures that will address the needs of our people,” Aquino added.
