By MANILA, Philippines — Dumangas, Iloilo and Butuan City, Agusan del Norte are forecast to reach the danger level of the heat index at 45°C on Saturday, the state weather bureau said.
In its updated forecast as of Friday, 5 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that 12 other areas are expected to hit the danger level of heat indices.
