MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang said it is up to the Office of the Ombudsman and the Department of Justice (DOJ) to decide whether or not they would release to the public the final report of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI).
Palace press officer Claire Castro made the comment on the handling of ICI’s final report on Monday after lawmakers, including the president’s sister Senator Imee Marcos, called for the full disclosure of the report of the commission.
