*A* Pasig court has ordered the transfer of Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder Apollo Quiboloy back to jail from a hospital, a private prosecutor said Wednesday.

According to lawyer Joeie Domingo, the Pasig City Regional Trial Court-Branch 159 ordered that Quiboloy be transferred back to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) facility in Pasig City “unless there is a clear showing that accused Quiboloy is actually suffering from a medical condition requiring immediate and specialized attention.”

“The court further noted that the BJMP is equipped with adequate medical facilities to assist accused Quiboloy should an urgent need arise,” Domingo said in a message to GMA News Online.
