MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies are expected in Luzon on Sunday due to the effects of the northeast monsoon, or “amihan,” and the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In particular, the monsoon is forecast to bring rains in Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Kalinga and Aurora, as well as light rains in Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
