By Most of the country will see cloudy skies and rains due to the easterlies and the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan), the state weather bureau PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.
Batanes, the Babuyan Islands, Apayao, Mainland Cagayan, and the Ilocos Region will experience cloudy skies with light rains, while the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley will expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains from Amihan.
