By Several weather systems will prevail over the country, bringing cloudy skies with isolated rains on Wednesday, PAGASA said.
Bicol Region, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, and Northern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms as a result of the shear line.
