MANILA, Philippines — The trough of a low-pressure area (LPA) outside of the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) will bring rains to parts of the country on Tuesday, state meteorologists said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the LPA was last spotted about 740 kilometers south-southwest of Pag-asa Island, Kalayaan, Palawan at 3 a.m.
