Much of the country can expect mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain and isolated thunderstorms on Sunday, with possible flash floods and landslides in some areas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
In its 4 a.m. Sunday weather advisory, PAGASA said a shear line affecting Palawan and parts of the Visayas, the northeast monsoon over Luzon, and easterly winds over Mindanao are influencing weather conditions nationwide.
