By LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms will persist in Central Visayas over the weekend due to the shear line, the state weather bureau reported on Saturday, January 3.
In its morning weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the shear line is currently affecting Visayas and Palawan, including the Kalayaan Islands.
