MANILA, Philippines — Three weather systems will bring cloudy skies and rain to different parts of the country on Monday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Pagasa weather specialist Rhea Torres said the three weather systems are the shear line, easterlies, and the northeast monsoon or amihan.
(Currently, the shear line continues to affect parts of northern and Central Luzon.)
She further explained that the shear line will cause cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms in the Cordillera Administrative Region, mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, and Albay.
