By Barangay Ginebra head coach Tim Cone said his team needs to “change the narrative” after their Game 1 loss against TNT in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals.
TNT took Game 1 in the best-of-seven finals, 95-89.
“I’m getting kind of tired of saying we’re outplayed and out-coached. We got to change the narrative,” Cone said.
The national team tactician also admitted that this will be a tougher series and credited TNT for their tough defense.
“We have to understand this is gonna be a lot tougher series than the last one. We got a little bit confused out there. Credit their defense. They defended really well as usual,” Cone said.
