Two separate anti-illegal drug operations in Zamboanga Sibugay on Tuesday led to the arrest of three suspects and the seizure of about P4 million worth of suspected shabu, the police reported.
At around 9:03 p.m. on June 30, operatives of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit-9 (PDEA-9), backed by multiple law enforcement units, conducted a buy-bust operation at Purok 1, Barangay Lower Tungawan, Tungawan town.
In a statement, PDEA-9 said that operatives recovered eleven heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing crystalline substances believed to be shabu, weighing about two kilograms valued at P13.6 million.
