By MANILA, Philippines – Education Secretary Sonny Angara on Sunday formally opened the 2026 National Festival of Talents (NFOT) in Roxas City, Capiz, underscoring the government’s push to expand opportunities for learners to develop skills aligned with future careers.
Held at the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center, the annual festival gathered top student performers from across the country, bringing together representatives from 18 regions in a weeklong showcase of excellence in technical-vocational, artistic, and academic fields.
