Northeast monsoon, or amihan, will continue to affect extreme northern Luzon, while easterlies will bring rains over several areas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.
Based on its 4 a.m. advisory, PAGASA said Cagayan and Isabela provinces will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms due to a shear line, and may cause possible flash floods or landslides.
