By LUCENA CITY — More than P4.4 million worth of shabu (crystal meth) and four illegal firearms were seized from nine suspects in anti-illegal drugs operations on Tuesday and Wednesday in Cavite, Laguna and Rizal provinces.
The Region 4A police reported that members of the Cavite police drug enforcement unit and local cops in Bacoor City arrested “Michael,” “Joedel,” “Matt,” “Reymart,” “John Paul,” and “Jerwin” at 3 a.m. Wednesday after they sold a pack of shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Molino 4.
Seized from the suspect were four knot-tied plastic bags and two sealed plastic sachets containing shabu weighing 500 grams worth P3,400,000.
