By MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies and rains will prevail on Thursday due to the effects of the shear line and the northeast monsoon or amihan, according to the state weather bureau.
In a Thursday weathercast, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Rhea Torres noted that the shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms to Visayas, Caraga, Sorsogon, and Masbate.
