By Moderate to intense rains may prevail over parts of Luzon on Tuesday afternoon, July 28, due to the southwest monsoon, or habagat, the state weather bureau said.
Meanwhile, heavy to intense rains and thunderstorms with strong gusts of wind are being experienced in Quezon province and may persist within the next two hours, also due to the habagat. Pagasa further warned that heavy rainfall conditions may affect nearby areas.
