By The entire Visayas region will see scattered rains and thunderstorms on Tuesday, June 30, due to a low pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
On Tuesday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued a general flood advisory for Western, Central, and Eastern Visayas.
Cebu, in particular, could see light-to-moderate rainfall, which could raise water levels in the Cotcot, Mananga, Guinabasan, Balamban, and Sapangdaku rivers, increasing the risk of flooding.
