By MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers are expected this Thursday as localized thunderstorms continue to affect parts of the country, the state weather bureau said.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the low pressure area (LPA), formerly called tropical cyclone “Caloy”, was last spotted 685 kilometers east of Virac, Catanduanes as of 3 a.m. Thursday.
