By LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — The province continued to experience intense heat on Monday, with the heat index reaching 46°C at 2 p.m., according to the Pangasinan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO).
The PDRRMO likened the conditions to walking on hot asphalt or working in a poorly ventilated kitchen, warning residents of the risks of prolonged exposure.
